Abstract

The paradigm shift by the sight of the individual within a context of modernity and globalization, with a comprehensive and universal complex, must take into consideration the whole, cognitive development, and inserting the battery replacing relationships of authority. In this context, a better understanding the innovation process of a manufacturer of air springs, and from that, there was an analysis of how the
actions of innovation passed in the dossier. This study was exploratory in nature, where the instrument of data collection was the interview, which was interpreted and realized that the company does not use the tools of knowledge management, so the innovation processes have difficulties especially with regard the implementation of a new technology. It is necessary a vision for knowledge management, complexity and learning to envision a sustainable innovation.
