Abstract

The social relations regulate in the capitalist system crossed a grow sensation of insecurity. The prison system isn’t present guarantee of  penalize of the social bodies that diverted of your functions. The function of convict to lead in an implicate in the production of live way. The research point the influences of the way to say and to make, presents in the sociable trajectories, bring prison agent, community, prisoner from of a criticism reflect in front of prison model and grow difficulty to keep the public order. The research use technique and method strategy quality and amount, prominence a perspective etnográfica and an Institution Analysis. The results are presents in the speech the socials actors about the influences the prison institution and of others institutions presents in the dailies. The dailies practices reveal through of the sociable trajectories speak about the choice for humans beliefs in the institutions and group that make part, the society.
