Abstract

Enzymes are biocatalysts used in different industrial sectors, and can be used in studies of molecular biology, biomedical applications, the development of analytical methodologies in the manufacturing of technological products and waste treatment. Can be considered as the production of these enzymes, one of the largest sectors of the biotechnology industry. In this sense the fungi have been widely used in the
production of substances of economic interest, such as enzymes, antibiotics, vitamins and steroids. This work aims to produce ligninolytic enzymes by Aspergillus terreus, Cunninghamella echinulata, Penicillium commune alone and in partnership, using diesel oil as a substrate in the culture media
Sabouraud Bushnell and Haas. To assemble the consortium was used the methodology of experimental design Central Composite Rotational type the independent variable the number of blocks that made up the independent variable inoculum and enzyme production. The production of lignin peroxidase and laccase in Sabouraud broth by the fungus Penicillium commune reached 2,500 U / L and 1947 U / L respectively, while in the same medium, supplemented with diesel fungus Penicillium commune had an activity of 4.62
U / L. When the test was conducted in Bushnell Haas medium plus diesel fuel was observed that the production of laccase by A. terreus and C. echinulata was 18,970 U / L and 18.705 U / L respectively. For the tests in consortia lignin peroxidase showed better yields in trials 1 and 2 respectively when produced, 2,666 U / L and 2683 U / L, followed by testing 10 and 11, with 2649 U / L and 2655 U / L respectively. The fungi used in the study showed the ability to produced enzymes of the complex lignolitic using diesel oil as a substrate in inthe culture medium Sabouraud and Bushnell Hass, as well as, serving as basis for
nutriton microbial decontamination processes in the environment.
