Abstract

The analytes determined significant differences (Student t test and Mann-Whitney, p <0.05). The reference values were standardized and differentiated by species and health category. The big problem is the research scientist does not have the national breeding centers, physiological data in the study of animals, forcing researchers to use references reported by the International System. Due to the lack of bibliographic data it seemed interesting to obtain these parameters in order to assist in the characterization of these help to differentiate animals category Conventional and SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) and
contribute to the diagnosis of certain illnesses that may interfere with experiments.
